The 12th Meeting of the LAWASIA Human Rights Lawyers’ Network, held on Tuesday, 13th August 2024, online via Zoom.
Building on the success of our previous session, “Strategic Litigation in Other Jurisdictions,” where we gathered invaluable insights from legal experts in Malaysia and Australia, we continued this important dialogue with the second edition of the series. This time, our focus shifted to the unique perspectives and challenges faced by human rights lawyers in Nepal, Thailand, and Taiwan.
